Products purchased using cryptocurrency
Should a customer who purchases a product using cryptocurrency request a refund and that request is approved the following shall apply;
- The customer will receive the same cryptocurrency used for the payment
- The refund amount will be the product price minus any shipping costs
- The refund will be paid to the cryptocurrency wallet used for the transaction minus any transaction fees
- The amount of refund will be the purchased product price converted to the relevant cryptocurrency on the day of the refund and not the amount of cryptocurrency originally paid
Example: cost of product was $50 plus $4 shipping paid with XLM (Stellar) at price $0.06 = 900 XLM
Refund example: cost of product $50 at refund date with an XLM price of $0.07 = 714 XLM to be refunded
This refund policy may only be used as a reference point and refund policies may differ for each respective vendor.
Products fulfilled by us (shop.fredenergy.org) which is stated on the product page and description will be given full support in any issues or refund claims arising. If a product is not received after 120 days, we will provide a full refund.
Shop.fredenergy.org will not be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of the inability to claim a refund from a vendor.
We shall do our best to intercept issues and formally request the vendor for clarification regarding refunds or exchanges on your behalf (the customer).
We (Shop.fredenergy.org) will do our best to protect you (the customer) when it comes to ordering from vendors on our platform by mediating trades as an escrow (as the third-party).
Our policy is valid for 14 days from the date of the customer receiving the goods (purchased product). You must contact the vendor or firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the goods (purchased product) to request a refund or exchange if applicable. If 14 days have passed from the date of you receiving the goods (purchased product), then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact. It must be in resellable condition.
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
● Gift cards
● Downloadable software products
● Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
● Items with obvious signs of use
● Products that have been opened and the original packaging damaged or destroyed.
● Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
● Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Please contact our support team via e-mail (email@example.com) in
order to discuss a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or
proof of purchase which should be located in your account or received via email following checkout.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund – whether it has been rejected or approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or your cryptocurrency wallet used for the transaction.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be eligible for refunds, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by the vendor.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, transaction costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not held accountable for lost items or damage sustained during shipping.
