Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can use to track your package and see the remaining shipping time. Please allow several hours for the tracking information to update.

We consider shipping an important aspect of the online ordering process and use reliable carriers over cheaper options.

Depending on the product, shipping method and warehouse location, shipping can take between 5-30 days. If you have not received the product after 30 days please contact us at shop@fredenergy.org and we will rectify the problem.

Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are generally calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Some items have a fixed shipping cost within a demographic region and some items include Free shipping.

Some of the products available on this website are processed and shipped by FRED Energy Ltd. 

Our marketplace is a multi-merchant product sales platform. As such, shipping types, fees, and expected delivery times will differ according to each suppliers policy. Products may have different shipping types and fees applied individually depending on the supplier. It is your responsibility as the customer to check shipping/tax/import fees and the expected shipping time for goods/products before purchase.

Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@fredenergy.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
